UK Hat refurbishers?

So, are there any hat refurbishers in the UK? That is, a UK-based company who will clean & reblock a hat, and replace sweatbands, ribbons and edge bindings? I'm going to do a West End trek at some point soon to all the hatters and see if they take on such work, but they're no doubt to expensive for my pocket book.

I'm trying to avoid sending things to Optimo. (they do great work, but it's a long and expensive round-trip)
