indeed. I saw them again this summer. Incredible band. Hot Tuna opened and Jorma and Jack sat in for a couple of blues numbers. Loved it.

Fall 1957 @ Municipal Auditorium.
Saw Chuck Beery, Fats Domino and a young kid from Lubbock, Tx.
Heavy eyeglasses were typical of that period.
I felt like Clark kent.
Buddy Holly made it cool...sorta! :cool:
Was at the actual crash site a few yrs ago. Down a gravel side road in the country it was hard to find. Don't think the locals really wanted it easily found. I understand now they have placed a marker out on the highway.
