I wonder if I could still get into it?

The outfit is incredible and you wear it well. I particularly enjoyed the video and seeing how well the back is done, but what I really need to know is...

where can I get those shoes. lol

Since I went outside and practiced my fly casting, I wore a thirty-year-old version of a Stetson outdoors fedora.

Today it's called a "Three Forks". When I bought it, it was called the archer's hat.

Nice looking hat, Oldsarge, and welcome to the Lounge!

I say so sorry, David but better weather should be coming your way in the next day or so. Meanwhile your CD should suffice.

Good on ya Seth with your 2 Akubras.

Minty colored OR today for the clearing weather.

A little late in the day on this, Perry, but that OR is a beauty!

Stetson Gun Club, Royal Deluxe, on a warm 60' MN spring day.

You wear that Gun Club very well, Coach!

Incredible lines and velour, Steve!

Wonderful velours gentlemen! I too went black today, 1930s vented Bantam (SFC).

A black Bantam beauty!

... almost black navy Chapeau Richelieu Beaver Blend.

Stately, cerebral look.

At the British Museum today in an Adam Homburg

Fabulous Homburg and casually elegant!

Delectans; Wow, that is a seriously NICE warm weather hat for today's MPLS/St.Paul spring. You and your pal look to be enjoying some play time. Thanks for sharing and taking a gander at my modest hat.

Loungers thanks for taking ime to peek at my hat. I hope to be able to share more. Hat wearing is new for me and I am still trying to find a hat style that works.

Short Balding Guy styling,
Eric -

Glad you enjoyed seeing this...

I always thought they were some 1980s fashion crime, but Donna told me that these shoes were custom made by Capezio for a restoration farce in the early 1960s. They cost $250 back then. No expense spared for university theatre.

This may be too far afield for this thread. I was wandering around my office looking for a spot to take a picture of the hat of the day when I stumbled on this. I hadn't stopped to look at it for a long time.

I wonder if I could still get into it?
I like you but you're crazy man!
Just kidding...that was very interesting and enjoyable.

Sarge: Thanks, I am looking forward to lots of noggin time this Spring/Summer with this one.

Eric: Appreciate your kind remarks. Don't sell yourself short, you have been posting some very nice hats, and you wear them well, both stingies and wide-brim. Keep on experimenting and posting!

I've always had a problem keeping my head on straight! :kick:

... but I guess we all enjoy dress up a little.

Cliff, it's been a while, but this is actually quite comfortable to wear... as long as you're standing. All the pieces have muslin underneath and were fit to my measurements.

best,
Alan
