I own one as well:) Highly underrated. Woolrich was the only vintage wool I could find that has a liner; very comfortable to wear and better protection in the wind:)

So this one isn't a 545?
I don't know or remember the model, I know there is a lot of information on Woolrich. Yes, it has a lining which is a bit fragile. I did some research but don't recall.

Is this a 545?

I will wear another wool tomorrow. Got to get it out of the back room. It is from the 1930s and quite a piece of Wool.

It's just like my 545 minus the game pockets; yours is the only one ive seen so far without them. "Rare bird" I'd say:)

I trust you will do more on the beautiful jacket. In short, even in this shot, the jacket maybe one of my favorites of your collection. It looks good on the floor and on the body, not all jackets can do that.
Absolutely. The jacket needs some work (it needs a new elastic band to keep the gussets in place and de buttons need tp be replaced) but when done I'll do a full review.

Why limit myself to just one? I wore four cross-zips today!!! ;). Thought I'd amuse myself (and TFL) with a snowy comparison. It's fun to compare the cuts and fit of these 50's jackets. We won't haggle about an inch here and there fit-wise; I love them all. I welcome comments on the cuts! From left to right: Red Label Cal, Guide Master by Wolf, Kit Karson, Spiegel.

I checked this thread out previously, well done, very informative.
Thanks for that reference. I may have confused two jackets. This is the 30s jacket. No label, thick course wool

I was on vacation and stopped into Schott Bros - NYC earlier this week and picked up a new 118. I really appreciate that they now integrated a snap to hold the buckle in place when not in use - that was what I hated about older versions where the buckle would just flop around.

So much more comfortable to wear off the bike than my Vanson, Aero and Langlitz of the past.
