In honor of Taco Day (had no idea it was), we had tacos on Taco Eve as well as on Taco Day. Next year, we are planning on celebrating the Twelve Days of Taco!
Don't know what it is, but since it is a stew, it's gotta be pretty good if not great.Tried my hand at traditional Flemish beef stew. Turned out fantastic!
