Found this strange Willis & Geiger hooded popover safari shirt, and I can't find ANY info about this item online. Has anyone seen anything like it before? It's 100% cotton and made in the USA.

Does the dark red W&G label indicate a date? 80s-90s?

Not sure when that was made; I have an old W&G catalog from the 1980's and nothing like that is in the catalog. They did do some sample/one-off items and limited editions of certain pieces that are unusual.
