Pizza here, as well. Nothing like the cure that kills. Hope you get to feeling better soon. I'm with you on the tacos.
Thanks Bama. Managed to get a staph infection in my hand. Occupational hazard, I suppose. They pretty much go straight in with the big guns for that stuff. Doesn't do much for the appetite.

Pizza Tuesday. Much rather have tacos. The fact that I've been on some super heavy duty antibiotics lately that have my innards twisted up like a wrung out dish rag sure didn't help either.

Not to be too personal, but antibiotics strip the good bacteria out of your gut. Try adding some yogurt with live cultures to your diet. It'll help your tummy feel better. Take care!

High power antibiotics are no fun on the system, especially the older you get. Hope they are at least working. After you finish them, some much needed beer needs to replenish your body.[emoji14]

It would never last more than two days with me around. Although it is better the second day and from what I have heard, the third day. I really like stew.
:D

it does still taste extra good by the next day, probably because all the flavors absorb into the sauce & stew after a day or two, it's all gone now!

Beef Stew was a popular meal served at the old fashion Diners, they probably use to make a Big pot and serve it all week, and reheat it in a pan before serving.

You are making me hungry enough to eat a pot of stew in one sitting. Like pasta, it is the steeping of flavors that makes it so good by day two. I can only imagine day three as Ido not have the resolve to make it last. We have a nice little coffeehouse that makes great soups, stews, and chili from scratch.
