Oh my, the fire scene is too much, we're experiencing triple digits warmth here in Central California, yesterday at 8PM it was 102 F. Thinking about starting a fire right now is unthinkable, wow!

I wear 4" brims in my vehicles all the time & have for yrs. This one is a 4-1/2" brim & it keeps bumping the headrest behind me. I got tired of that after a while & placed the hat in the seat next to me.

On another note. My Mom's been a real trooper over the last week having to suffer through two surgeries. One surgery to put a pacemaker in her heart and the second for a broken hip that she suffered from a fall last Tuesday. Through it all she never lost her sense of humor, except that she was pi$$ed when they took her teeth out before surgery...Good news is, she's doing very well.
