Symmetry is overrated.ThanksTo pinch turned out a little bit asymmetrical - it's not straight above my nose, it might not be visible on the pictures. Regardless of that I'm definitely going to stick with chicken footprint - I love the organic look of it...
I didn't realize just how asymmetrical my face was until I started wearing hats, and once I started paying attention to this while watching older movies I concluded that the whole "pinch centered over the nose" thing wasn't as common as many of us seem(ed) to think it was. Thank you BB, I wasn't sure about this crease, but wanted it different than my other hats. It's starting to grow on me.
That is Nice! The dimensions do look similar. The Topeka has a 3 1/4 " brim, and 6" crown.
I thought I had the specs listed in my file but don't. I'll have to measure it but I think they are the same. I ditched the horse hair band with tassels that was on it for a beaded hatband.
The beaded band looks really nice on that. I am liking the crease, some finish work will make it look better. Seeing yours convinced me!

Loved everything, even the Sweatband has a special deep mate black that is stunning, by far my favorite straw, darn close to perfection..
I am so glad I ordered it and let Esther play with the pug as headband.

Thanks Hatman, I got it yesterday, and it came all the way across the country. I was surprised when I looked at tracking, on Saturday morning and saw "out for delivery".
