Could have been, but it isn't, Bowen. It's actually an American made hat. Not many of them around judging by the limited amount of pages in the dedicated thread. I'll keep it a mystery for now and all will be revealed (add dramatic tone to your liking) in time

Dang! You've been on a roll. Another beauty with what appears to be the "sweet spot" of dimensions, for a western. Looking forward to seeing more of that one.

It has arrived but other than giving it a once over, I've had no time. It measures 3-3/8 x 6-1/4 Open Crown, so a little bigger than I thought. And the liner is an early stencil, not the embroidered Last Drop.
Hope to get more involved with it tomorrow.
I'll let it slide for all you've done for the hat-galaxy, captain!
