Wow, that would be interesting Nick!

It’s going to be a challenge to not offer to mow his lawn for a year or something for a jacket. I’ll do my best to remain calm. It’ll be neat to actually see an original A-2 up close.

Maybe if instead of bespoke jackets, JC made mostly off-the-peg sizes and varied the makers & hides and then just advertised on his website, maybe jackets would move quicker and he could make more of them. Perhaps even dropping the price..... everyone would have to accept that jackets would fit them as well or as badly as the Airmen of yesteryear but then again, it can be awful tough to sell bespoke sized jackets.
It's his company though and his rules and business model and if you don't like that, no-one is forcing anyone to buy. Get a cheaper only slightly less authentic one from Aero for example and you only wait 6 weeks and can return it for a full refund if you are not happy.

Just heard that the new button hole sewing machine is up and running. Pretty sure that production is going to pick up. I know that a couple of Hercs will be going out very soon!
