On FB, there is the option to "like" if
you like what's posted and can add a comment.
Many times there are posts with photos
of abused animals and are asking for
donations.
There are no other options except "like"
which seems odd to me! :(

...The "Do you really want to like this post?" thing is kind of annoying. Are people really that indecisive?
I have never seen this. I click "Like", and after a second or ten my username is added to the itty bitty "likes" space below the post. *shrug* My not-so-smart-phone is a different matter. I press the button to turn it off, have to touch the screen where it says "power off", then have to choose between "Cancel" and "OK" when another message pops up informing my that my phone will power down. o_O

Smart phones are entirely different matter.
On mine, I touch my avatar photo and all
options appear and the last one says
log out.

For the last couple of years now they've offered a range of 'reactions' - like, love, angry, sad.... - though you might not see the full range of options if you mostly browse with a phone.

Running into a strange error on the main forums page ( https://www.thefedoralounge.com/forums/ ) under the new posts column where it shows the thread title and (username) replied (xx) minutes ago ( instead of username being the most recent poster, it is the username of the thread originator.)

This is while browsing on a PC using the Firefox browser, cannot attest to the view on tapatalk or on IE/Edge

Thanks for checking into it.

Glad I'm not the only one who noticed, for a minute I thought I was going crazy. (edit to delete the first part, it happens even on the latest version only on the main forums page)

Only happens at work where we're running v60.4 but at home its fine on v64.0.2. Glad I'm not the only one who noticed, for a minute I thought I was going crazy.

I Just got iPhone notification of your post which I read with no problem. (logged in)

When I'm logged out, it will take me to the
topic....but the very beginning of the thread.
I then have the option to select the current #
to get latest text.

I noticed that going back to beginning,
most images have been removed. :(

Will one of you computer folks tell a computer challenged person how and to, and who to send pictures to you'll and maybe list some great stuff for sale?

Go to menu forum "Classifieds".
Scroll to More Options.
Go to your gallery of photos.
Select photos of items you want to
sell.
Upload with as much info regarding
size and condition.
Use current photos.

(Not sure if this is what you needed to know)

It does that for me, too -- using a very old version of Firefox on a 15-year-old Mac. I see names of people who vanished a decade ago and think "hey! So-n-so is back!"

!5yr old Mac's can be very goon things, like 15yr old Scotch, or 15yr old properly stored Wine! For some of us , the "Latest & Greatest" is not really.............C.

I once tasted 15 yr.+ old bubble gum which came with the basebase card insert.
The gum still tasted like bad sugar-coated
cardboard as when new! :p
