Resurrected my HD Sportster! I cleaned off the odd yellow paint marks, conditioned it like 3 times. Thirsty hide. Local tailor restitched the open side seam and the entire bottom hem. Not perfect work but on a black jacket and for $35, works for me

I've been wearing it today for a bit of shopping, the jacket feels more solid with the heavy cotton lining comparing to the quilted lining on the CR.

@Riu Congrats, man. Perfect fit and beautiful jacket. I thought it's a purple colour but when I'm looking closely there are purple undertones. Makes me want this design - probably I'm gonna ask Greg to make me this one instead of a Mulholland clone in January/February ;-)

thanks! I first bought a 42 himel a1 (the size I usually wear) and it was just too big and airy for me, I could layer a denim jacket underneath too easily. I came across this size 40 and bought it and sold the 42.

So my advice is to size down with Himels if you’re slim build.
