I haven’t handled the IH version (or any other N1 jacket for that matter) so I don’t have much to compare with, but I think it holds up pretty well.
Quality of material and construction is solid. It’s warm and comfortable. Only complaint is the neck hole could’ve been a bit bigger. But that’s a small issue.

The neck hole? Do you mean when the collar is buttoned up?

You do that Jacket Well! It has the same great fit on you. This pattern was widely copied, I am assuming Buco made the 1st in this style of Police jacket. I've owned this style by another maker, loved the fit on that one also. They were made for some comfort with the skin protection.

Nice to see it out! One of the Kings wear through.

I've seen many of this style, but not too recently.

The neck hole? Do you mean when the collar is buttoned up?

Both when buttoned up and when laying flat. I can button it up but it’s really tight (and I have a slender neck). When laying flat, the back of the neck is too high and tight (similar to the “aero pattern issue”) which causes some of the jackets weight to rest on the neck. The material is soft enough so this doesn’t cause discomfort but had this been a leather jacket it would have been a much bigger issue.
