These are really great photos and give me exactly the inspiration I was looking for. You’re right, those are gada boots and look fantastic with all your jackets!A few more examples of how versatile the bright moc toes are.

bravo ! They look fantastic!I don't think you can go wrong with either tan or oxblood. Both are classic masculine colours. Just happened that I wore my tan shoes with black jeans today. So this is what tan with black will look like. I would also wear oxblood with black. Black leather jacket really goes with anything. Just adds that extra oomph Rock n Roll vibe.

John Lofgren Monkey Boots Shinki Horsebuttt - $1,136 The classic monkey boot silhouette in an incredibly rich Shinki russet horse leather.
Grant Stone Diesel Boot Dark Olive Chromexcel - $395 Goodyear welted, Horween Chromexcel, classic good looks.
Schott 568 Vandals Jacket - $1,250 The classic Perfecto motorcycle jacket, in a very special limited-edition Schott double rider style. That is true for the yellowish cristy sole. But there is a "moreflex" one now that's made of EVA foam I believe. It still holds the shape but a lot softer than the old crusty sole which actually felt as robust and heavy as dainite rubber.First of all, do you want a pair of work boots or outdoor boots to go with your jackets? I am sure there are lots of orthotic boots out there. Some even resemble the work boots or outdoor boots you see here. Those must be more comfortable than the cristy sole because the cristy sole though easier to wear than say one with heels and all, it is still a thick hard to bend sole compared to the primitive rubber sole on say a pair of Converse.
Look for a pair of orthotic Chelsea boots. IMO, even a pair of Blundstone would be more comfortable than a pair of work boots with cristy sole.
Even though the Truman you like are not really work boots, they do imitate traditional work boots with heavy materials and solid old method construction.

This is all the proof I need!Black jacket, brown moc toe's.
These moc toes are the ultimate weapon and really go with everything. I've tried many things and came up with almost nothing that doesn't match. View attachment 406780
Use of saddle soap like any other leather care products depends on the type of leather. Saddle soap is most effective as the name suggests on naked veg tanned saddle, most shoes these days have colour coating etc which does not require use of saddle soap to clean. Soaking a pair of shoes in soap and water may also destroy the coating in many ways.Who uses saddle soap?
I think shoes can do with being cleaned of old grease and wax every now and then, and then re-greased.
Who does something like this with his shoes and with what product?
