Where does it state 690 for shipping? I only get told worldwide shipping, contact seller for quote.. this may fit my girlfriend so I‘m kinda tempted to BIN it for 70 and see how much shipping is gonna be..

edit: Thanks! The 690 shipping dont show for me on the different layout on the phone.

I've seen sellers on ebay do this thing where they jack up the shipping to avoid paying the ebay fees based on the sale price of the item. Not sure if that's what's going on here or if it's a clerical error.
Highly doubt it is clerical error. That is done on purpose if read with the low BIN and make offer.

You can check the seller's Other Items and tick the Completed Items box to see their previous listings. The seller sold this jacket last month for a sub-$70 offer (with $690 shipping), and now it's back up for sale. Buyer probably didn't notice the shipping or thought it was a mistake. That's my guess, anyway. In any case, the seller seems to be aware of the shipping amount as it's been listed at least twice. Even if I thought an item listed like this was worth the total cost, I'd have to be 110% sure that if there was a problem I'd get reimbursed for the shipping before I'd buy it.

Ebay charges a "FINAL VALUE FEE" that includes the price of the item COMBINED WITH the shipping costs. Therefore, the Seller is NOT getting over on eBay. Ebay is making its full fees. The "victim" of this sales tactic is the Buyer. This is a lame sales technique that I have seen a few times before. Normally its from new Sellers that don't know how eBay collects its fees so they think they are outsmarting them and only paying on the low priced item. This Seller is either a TOTAL NOOB to eBay, a total Idiot or a total A-Hole.
