Yes, the main zip is changed. I am not able to translate all of the wording.

The Topline label was only used 1942-1944. The belt seems to be removed (it isn't a through belt), the studs are out of place, even the kidney panel is out place, none of the zippers appear to be from the war era. The lining and label appear to correct for a Topline jacket.

Not horsehide, looks like steerhide.

An odd jacket.
