While it's not an "uncommon" cut I like to smoke butts. After 12 hours or so in the smoker what starts out as 15 lbs or so is down to oh 8 lbs maybe. I'll pull it all and we'll eat great that night and have a large amount of leftovers which I vacuum seal in roughly 1lb portions. Makes fantastic...

Yeah the suit jacket/blazer does stick out a little (the jacket is cut on the roomy side, though) when I wear them. With the way the wind usually whips around down here I frankly don't see that the folks using umbrellas are any drier from the mid-section on south than I am, even the ones who use...
