Dude, its avoiding creases or pointy protrusions made from a subpar hanger, not avoiding all creases. I, and most probably all others here, agree that creases are a great part of the leather-wearing experience.

You guys are probably doing the right thing in buying them. They look great!
It’s just the speed of the response which is a bit funny. I reckon until yesterday most of the buyers didn’t even think about what hanger they were using and now suddenly they place an order for dozens (not so cheap) hangers! Consumerism at it best here. That said, I might get one at some point just to check it out [emoji6]

Sir (not dude, Sir... not dude), in my humble opinion some good creases on the leather (even on both shoulders area) look way too much better than a couple of stretched bubble-like soulder areas from using strange "special" hangers you're discussing over here.

For the record, I'm no marketing specialist and I have absolutely nothing to do with Aero!
I can only speak for myself but for me these hangers become as an answer to an open question.
I have had my jackets hung on cheap wide shouldered plastic hangers. Only problem being that these hangers are too weak for heavy leather jackets and they tend to brake all the time.
I’ve been thinking about getting good wooden hangers but just didn’t get around to do it.
I have trust in Aero as a company that will not sell poor products, so for me 10 pounds per hanger was not very signifact price.
That said, I am little bit worried how these hangers will work with my jackets as they all have 20 - 22” shoulders.
These Aero are IMO not wide enough for anything above 19" shoulder width, i don't see how they would work with your jacket size.
The ones that i used in the normal hanger pictures are these:

IMO they offer much better shoulder support, and at £3 a piece it is hard to argue.

Correct, that's the point. Not wide enough. Not thick enough. Wrong "flat" non-anatomical shape.
Usual good wooden hangers with wide shoulders still work well)
Ok this is what i do... not my idea. Someone else on forum suggested it... and works for me.
Tape 3 plastic hangers together... then fold a hand towel length wise ... wrap around and tape. Do this for each side. It does not look pretty but my jackets hang very neatly. This also builds shoulder area up to mimic a real shoulder.

Hmm, next we’ll be discussing ironing leathers jackets...
If these hangers were indeed as good as described, I would have thought that they are trying to capitalise on their knowledge even though the margin on these is very high.
But considering how they are inferior to classic hangers and cost over five times as much, this is a complete rip-off.
I have to say that I am disappointed by this whole stunt... It's something I would expect from mall brands not any of the makers here.
I got the natural version of these, and bought them in bulk, so paid less than £3 per hanger, probably the best option for those who have many jackets, and none of my jackets developed any crease.
I know that RMC uses classic hangers for their jackets, only really nice ones, and pretty sure the other Japanese brands as well. But I will make a point to ask for their opinion next time I go, just out of curiosity
And finally, since there seems to be such a need for good hangers, why not do a group buy and create a special FL outerwear hanger? Pretty sure that for an order of a hundred or more hangers, we could get something nice made!

Absolutely...not for me thank you, I can do without the viral marketing.
My existing broad shouldered hangers, one a complimentary from a 1930's tailor, are perfectly OK for my Freewheelers horsehide jackets; the capeskin jackets are folded up and laid flat.
I live in the depths of the country anyway, but I have the windows open this evening and I'm listening to the sheep in a nearby field...

Much more than marketing, I believe this comes down to many of our instincts to preserve our expensive jackets. Whatever a crease means, we fear it complicates or upsets our zen. Hence, the rush to get the hangers. I’m sure many of us would immediately cease using x leather conditioner if the primetime news ran a story detailing how scientific studies found it to prematurely rot stitching.
Personally, I worry much more about my closet. If it’s hot in the room, god only knows how bad it is for the jackets in there. I kind of gave up and they are either crammed on padded hangers or in a neat pile or on a chair.

I agree, and this plays on those fears, but swapping a broad, supportive hanger with 'natural shoulders') or foam tubes to spread the load for a narrow blade isn't the way to go IMHO.
I wonder what Himel or Chapman recommend. JL re-did the buttons on my Heron soon after I bought it and they gave it back to me on a perfectly nice hanger. I called the manufacturer, but didn't get very far.

But Carlos, you need to break in the hanger first, good wooden hanger looks worst on the first day of using, but once the wood has settled and then the hanger would look personally yours in 150yrs time, don't get confused by mall made hanger that looks good and perform well on day one, they will rot to dust in mere 20yrs.
