Mister freedom Loco jacket, 14oz raw denim, rigid and dry, amazing feel. Cold rinsed and shrank to just my size and now it makes loud rustle noise like cardboard.

Maintaining my nerdy teacher vibe even in quarantine.

The tie is 1970s by El Denver by Los Wigwam Weavers
Pants are brown 1960's by Haggar's
Shoes are from ??? but they're Hush Puppies so the nerd vibe is permanent.
Glasses are 1960s Fibre-Metal with my prescription put in.
Everything else is new.

Only stepping out of the house once per week I just realized this morning that I have been wearing the same sweatshirt for the last 10 days and it had become pretty disgusting. I thought "damn, I have become like my reclusive 95 year old mother"....still wearing the same thing day after day, week after week cuz it don't matter I don't see anyone anyways!

I've been wearing the same 2 pair of sweat pants and same 2 pair of jeans for the last month. My day jeans and evening sweats. Going through the same 4 t shirts as well.

Hoping this curve starts to settle for some normalcy.

I have a weakness for tweeds and the one you are wearing is stunningly good.
Thank you, sir. It's one of my favorites. This one is another one, though it's suffering more from the 15 lbs I gained this winter than the houndstooth did.

I particularly love Donegal tweeds. Harris tweeds are good too but not a fan of the ubiquitous herringbone pattern.

I get on well enough with herringbones and can happily wear Harris for weeks. But I am fond of Donegal as well. I wish I could find more of it that is similar to the one I had on 3 days ago.

I was in Scotland Sept/Oct of last year. The tweeds I liked the best were in a shop on the East coast of Scotland and their stock was all from Yorkshire across the border in England. Great variety of patterns, a less heavy weight of tweed. So I brought a few metres home to have a jacket made from it. Settled for a few bolt ends of Harris Tweed to have some caps made....(none of the them herringbone!)

This is not today but a few days ago during the abnormally warm weather we had in England. The suit is an open weave twill in light grey, three buttons and peak lapels (would like to know if you can guess the year...)
By guessing the year, do you mean the style, or the actual suit? The style is classic, just so late 40's, the lapels were much wider in the 30's. There is no turned up cuff on the hems of the trousers so I'm guessing that the suit is modern, made to measure maybe.

That's a beautiful blazer, how I envy those lapels. This is a much more modern take in a similar vein:

This blazer too, provokes the sin of covet. Mine, although similar, is nowhere near the classic design of your's. I will post a photo wearing it when my wife finishes the wide bottom white trousers that she's making to go with it.
