I've read thru the various posts on them. In reading them, it is hard to keep the chronology in order since the posts appear in various threads.

My overview from reading all this is:
1) price to quality ratio is good
2) takes 3-4 weeks
3) items require some alterations
4) I ought to order a basic shirt and trousers first to make sure the sizes / measurements are correct.

Any other things you've learned in dealing with them?
Any suggestions wrt to fabrics on shirts or suits?

I have only ordered a shirt from them. It fits great. When I get back from my honeymoon, I plan on getting a few suits, a sportscoat, etc. from them.
