Flicka, what lovely waves! You're inspiring me to get down to practice!
Katinka von K., goodness, you look gorgeous! The bangs suit you very well indeed!
Actually, I think in those times, women who followed fashion exactly, were a rather minor fraction. I'm sure a lot of women stuck with a hairstyle for longer than a fashion period, or wore dresses that were their mother's. Or disapproved of the new trends.
LizzieMaine would give good advice on...
That is probably very true nowadays! lol
I don't know why it should be SUCH a bother to other, erm... modernly dressed people, that some individuals actually like wearing vintage. And if you're by any chance comfortable in your clothes, then of course you have to be deluding yourself! You can't...
Oh, yes. "That girl". Sure sounds familiar.
It's not that it bothers me generally what people wear. While I find pyjama bottoms in public abhorring, I do understand that some people find it great (even if I want to ber far-far away from those people).
I don't consider jeans and a nice shirt as...
Now this is completely off the top of my head - but how about fastening a pretty scarf around your throat and pinning it with the brooch slighly to the side. Like this (splendid painting, I know :D ) - the scarf being the darker grey and the brooch light grey :D
Or your could pin it to the...
Doesn't look like it, it's been down now for several months. Darn, and I didn't even save those beautiful pictures from his gallery! That will teach me to leave things for later, I guess!
Then again, there are all the awesome photographs in this thread to comfort me! :D
Great pictures here! My compliments to the photographers and the models!

I'll have to try the...
I haven't got around to taking a picture yet, but I have to say - it really is a lot easier to set my hair now! And the back looks lovely - in neat curls. It all just ran together before.
I am ever so happy, girls! Thanks a bunch for leading by example and giving me courage to have a middy cut...
All right, so I went completely adventurous (or very classic :) ), and had four layers cut. Meaning the one on the top of my head and three down the sides (and obviously the back! :D ).
It's very versatile while un-set, and I'll set it tonight - I sure do hope it'll be fine! :D
It's official, I'm having a middy plus cut on Thursday! And although I completely trust my stylist, I cant' help but to feel nervous!
One question I would torment everyone with - how many layers have you had cut?
