I must defer.
My example was extreme, but I thought I saw and read articles about loden/tracht/landhaus elements in the cities.
But, it has been a couple years since I was in Berlin, and we prefer Austria, and areas like Bad Aussee, where all you SEE is Trachten.
Snappy dresser, sharpest guy in town, or just "Griffer" for short.
(Wow, that sounds arrogant. Not intended. I just wear a lot of suits and hats, versus my circle of friends. My madras shorts and guayaberas with flip-flops blows that up)
BTW, not strictly vintage, I mix in elements from...
BTW, not sure if it has been been mentioned, but Trachten is experiencing a resurgence in high end German/Austrian fashion under the guise of Landhausmode.
Think of it as the Deutsche equivalent of the Polo/Lauren Town & Country style- riding tack in Manhattan, embroidered silk dirndls in...
If it's a real Irish Bar, don't order a "Black & Tan".

There is some latin phrase that seems to apply to this situation....
Sorry to hear this, sounds like you will have some rough times ahead getting it resolved.
Don't give up. This thief with your jacket will probably just try to outlast you.
