Not for everyone. I'm getting Hendrick's for 32 even, it's one of three I keep around- Beefeater for Martinis, Gordons for G&Ts with run-of-the-mill tonic, and Hendrick's for special tonics and mixes.
I think Hendrick's does best with Q Tonic.
I used to drink it neat with my dad because that's how he liked it, and that's why I have a bottle. Still looking for good combos for it. I read a suggestion to mix it with tonic- didn't like.
JP has got a good handle on what mixes well- except for his aversion towards Campari.:p ;)
Barley wine & American strong ale lovers- Two I had this past week, well worth the $16+ per 12 oz. bottle.

Cigar City's Marshal Zhukov's Imperial Stout. The blackest, oiliest, richest stout I ever had! It actually left what looked like used motor oil on the sides of the glass. Not very hoppy like North Coast's Old Rasputin, Or Stone's Imperial Stout, but still full of flavor. I recommend.
I made Mai Tais for the first time last night. Tasted nothing like the ones I've tried at bars. I'll definitely make them again, and never again bother trying one from a bartender who is more fitted to opening bottles of beer.
