I've just moved into a home built in 1934 and the closets are teeny tiny as well as there being no extra closets for linen storage and such. I have to imagine less stuff needed less storage space. Making great use of my trunks and cedar chest for linen storage now though ;)

I'll have to watch this at home. Years ago my dad did a vhs interview/story telling of both my great uncle and my grandfather recounting their stories of being POWs of the japanese for 3.5 years. I can't bring myself to watch it but I know that it's fascinating.
My paternal grandpa. I'm fairly certain this has to be after he returned from WWII. He was a p.o.w. for 3.5 yrs and his family thought that he was dead.
Well, obviously USA but beyond that I'd like to see Mexico and Brazil do well.

I found the blue version of these super fantabulous shoes a few months ago at an outlet store for 18 bucks and found a pear green version at the same store the other day for 8 bucks. I adore them and they're comfy. The brand is Wanted shoes.

Miss Bella Hell, I have those black payless ones (on right now as a matter of fact) and adore them. Keep telling myself I need to go back and get a back up pair for when these get worn out.
