Thanks guys. Yes the hat is a 7 1/4 and Im between a 7 1/4 and a 7 3/8". All my other hats are 7 3/8" with a foam strip to tighten it up, so Im really only needing to stretch it a half size. I'll try the spray bottle Idea. Would filtered Britta water work well? It's truly a great hat and in... -

Yes it's definitely a nice step up from the standard grey. It looks preeeetty similar, but the feel is totally different. It's a LOT softer, and the leather band inside is soo soft and nice. Feels great to wear and is extremely comfortable. For $150 you can't beat it.
