I want to call this a cape but it has sleeves, I think it home-made in the 60's.
What would you call this so far I've landed at Tapestry Fabric Cape with Sleeves & Druid Style Hood.

There are so many on the market, I'm confused about which one to purchase, I've got something called URAD at the minute its by lakeland (UK MARKET) It worked great on leather jacket and on the shows but its quite a pungent smell and leaves a shine so I wouldn't think it suitable for sweatbands...
