    I look like a goon in my new hat.

    I look like some 1980's movie about 1930's gangsters, I'll have to get some one to take a pic of me with my "mean" face. First hat, brims smaller than I expected, almost stingy I suppose. Not my bag so I'll use this as a practice hat, since it's dinged up, and then sell it off.

    Long in the legs, short on availible vintage sizes.

    Is it me, or is it tough to find vintage suits that with 34-36 waist, and 34-36 inseams? Seems like every time I find a ad for a suit with a jacket that would fit, it comes with either way to small, or way to large of trousers (even with tailoring). Are lanky folks like me stuck looking...

    So when your out just grabbing a random set of new clothes, does your ingrained sense of style make you pick out clothes that look more "vintage" even if trying to pick up modern threads? I was trying to buy some nicer clothes for job interviews (I'm a diver, so nothing too fancy)...

    Who has a good sling recipe? I've had them at the American club, but never thought to get the recipe (the place they were invented). Now I order them here in the states and there is no consistency.
