Reminds me of Neville Longbottom's grandmother from the Harry Potter books, who was described having a buzzard adorning her hat.
Here's the gettup worn by the venerable Alan Rickman from a scene in the third movie where the students battle a bogart, a creature that manifests itself as a person's greatest fear. In this case, Neville's is the cruel potions master, Severus Snape. The only way to counteract the bogart is to imagine your greatest fear in a silly situation, in this case, Snape wearing the clothes of Neville's grandmother.

Here’s a lightly used (see the light handling marks?) “Urban Ranger.” Listed as a beaver hat and for only $495 it can be yours. It’s a miracle once size fits all too! Notice the elegant 1930s proportions with the high crown and narrow brim. Sure to be an instant classic.
