Coats sometimes sell at quite low prices - but in this case I'd partly attribute it to the small size.
22.5 inches sleeves for an overcoat are very short.

I agree. Overcoats don't usually fetch much unless they have especially nice fabric and/or details. Plain ones can be purchased for next to nothing. I didn't notice the sleeve measurement - that isshort.

Yes - nice coat, but as I said, too small for me.

Advice to UK/US ebayers. If you do have a good chum you can trust on either side of the Atlantic, then 'sometimes' that can be an option when sellers don't sell to individuals across the pond. Also it 'can' save on postage and other incidental costs. Friends are 'good' to have folks!
