I read through a good portion of the hat section last night. I love it. This woman is as blunt as can be. lol lol lol

It is a great read. Those who say that the women of the 1930s were demure and abused by men need to read this book. She is blunt and straight forward and managed to make me laugh quite a bit when referring to haplessly sartorially challenged men as "poor dears" etc. The colar button passage is priceless.

I'm fine with giving it away, but I shrunk the resolution to approximately 45% on the free copy and stuck in a PDF note stating that if you want the full version, you can send me $10 + shipping for a CD. I might mention that you should be able to increase your free version to 200% or more to compensate so you can read it.

I just figured if someone wanted a copy without the notes and a full clean version, it would be great to get a little moolah to help the kiddo on the way. I am not expecting to make any money off of this project.

And yes, this woman's wit is something to laugh about. She certainly isn't shy!

$10 is a bargain for this funny and useful book. I inadvertently gave a copy to one of my "fat" friends before I read it through. I am going to love his reaction to some blunt sections. lol lol lol lol

I was actually planning on just uploading it to my webserver in much the same way as you did (with the note also placed before the download links, as you did).

As for the PDF files themselves, I wouldn't think of touching them.


Also, how much would it cost for shipping to Europe? Either Sweden or the UK, but I'd assume it's the same to either.
