50's style jackets

My forte.....
Cream Soda made some good ones.
Geronimo Clothing has some too- their website has been down for over a year though.
Dry Bones, another good one.
Someone else started a thread about rockabilly clothing- that might help.

What do you mean, Doc? All the best stuff is made in Japan.

Wow. Those are some nice jackets.

While we're at it.

Has anyone tried on or bought one of these jackets? I wonder how close the material is. NO ONE, and I mean NO ONE has a dead-on copy of the rayon/nylon blend gabardine from back then, but obviously some are better than others.

links for jackets

Hi all
here's a couple of links for 1950's style gab jackets.
the only problem with the dry bones one is it's in japanese so unless you can read japanese very hard to work your way round the site. but some very nice jackets.

The aero jackets are awesome and considering what you pay for some of the original one's i think there cheap. i actually own a couple of their jackets & believe me they are well worth the money. they not only do gab jackets but u.s flight jackets and leather jackets.
