Wish to heck this were my size.

Straw is in great condition, nice and flexible with no flaws. Ribbon is a bit tired looking. Sweatband is ripply and not very supple, but might be improved by the application of a leather conditioner. Could be worn as is, though, for sure.

Hat could use your deft touch to improve the shape, then you'd have a winner.
