Are there standard dimensions for the AB brim and crown? (I'd also be curious to learn the open crown dimensions)

The standard dimensions for the Raiders fedora is 5 1/2 open crown, 2 7/8 by 2 3/4 brim.

I originally made these hats at 5 3/4 open crown but studies recently done by a friend of mine has convinced me 5 1/2 is the correct crown height. I had already dropped the crown heights down prior to this, because each time I saw one of the 5 3/4 crowned hats on one of my customers, my first impression was always, " gosh, it looks too tall". And it was. For years most of us assumed the hat to be taller than it actually was. Fedora

Thanks again, folks, for the advice. Ordered a beaver Adventurbilt in grey (don't know what shades of grade are on offer), with a Kaleponi Craig bash. Should arrive in about 10 weeks......
