AUTHENTIC BASQUE BERET!
Interior circumference: c. 21 1/8.
Haritza is one of the oldest Basque beret companies and is so traditional that the company is named after the "haritza", the Basque term for the European oaks that were the traditional public meeting place in Basque society.
Made from felted "impermeable" wool, this is the "de luxe" line of Haritza berets, with the traditional yellow stitching and ribbon on the interior sweatband.
Originally sold in Vienna--you can just make out the original retailer's stamp on the lining--this beret is absolutely beautiful and in excellent condition.
