This thread had inspired me to make a foto album of every piece of clothing I own...A great way to keep track of things. Also good to have foto referances of things sold off. This could be fun. Does anyone else have an album like that?

This thread had inspired me to make a foto album of every piece of clothing I own...A great way to keep track of things.

Funny you should mention that. My friend Nathan has so many ties, shirts, and pocket handkerchiefs, it's hard for him to keep track of what matches best with what.

He came up with the idea of: (1) finding which tie/pocket square/shirt combinations look best with certain suits, (2) taking photos of these combinations, (3) printing them, and (4) putting them into an album. (Similar to what film and theatrical costumers do.) That way, when Nathan needs to get dressed quickly, he can simply consult his album and then reach for the appropriate suit + shirt + tie + pocket square.

Not a bad idea, huh?

In my experience, yes: size 38 short, or 38 regular.

Good seeing those suits preserved so well... though not so hard when it's made of the fabrics they used back in the day.
