Here's a few pictures I had on hand of three of mine being worn. All of my ties (four-in-hand and bow) are vintage. I prefer bows though. Please, excuse the mobile phone photos. I'll post more of my collection later.

Well, with my neck, I've given up on finding vintage bow ties, but here's a new one from R. Hanauer. And go figure, it was easy to tie! It's a bit narrower and fits way better.
Tony, since the back is hidden by the collar anyway, could you have your tailor make some kind of extension piece? The new one looks just dandy, though. -Dave (who owns no vintage bows... yet)
Thanks for the video. That was a huge help! I had gotten my first bow tie this last week and of course the instructions that they print on the tag are a tad ambiguous. With how they explain it in the video it was dead simple. Now I have a new addiction, thanks gang! Cheers! Dan
I love the bows R. Hanauer has!! I would go with the slim < as you have, or the diamond point. PS the piquet formal bow was snatched up...
This is awesome! I just started to wear bow ties and also just found this site! New here, btw. Been watching the best film noir classics all last week. Just finished watching The Big Sleep with Bogart. Really good but couldn't follow well(will re-watch again). Anyway, rambling on here. Found your site completely by accident and love it!
