Forgive me if this has already been posted - i'm not a regular on the WWII forum.
While Twittering and Tweeting away I came across @RealTimeWWII
There is a chap called Alwyn Collinson who is attempting to tweet 'live' the events of the war years. The first tweet was Aug 31st (the day before Germany invaded Poland in 1939).
Interesting project I thought.
