Judging by this single snap inside the collar, these two ones outside and the quilted lining... I'd say Buco. Re-labeled?

Yes, I think you are right, Monitor. This triangle shaped pocket is a Golden Bear's clear feature. Besides the two front pockets and the side laces. I miss the belt loops that I've seen in other Golden Bear jackets.

Looks like it says Hillbilly Leather Works?? something something.
Kinda looks like barns or sheds above the lettering. Just guessing.

Looks to me like it says Bill Jones Leather Shop, followed by Cleveland Ohio.

Google has a bit more info about a place named that, at least.
