Ching-Wah Leung, the master tailor at Linva who has been making cheongsams since the 1960s, is rumored to have made some of Ms. Cheung’s dresses in the film, “In the Mood for Love.”. Ask him about it, though, and he demurs with a smile. “They don’t like us to talk about it,” he said.
