Recently i bought some pairs of Chippewa 27863 in 10 D as my previous pair was that size and fitted me ok but those i received from the last Chippewa stocks ,size slightly smaller ( they were known to size 1/2 size large for a while but these size slightly less large ) .
They are brand new ,in boxes ,never used ,so i would be interested to swap/ exchange them for some brand new 27863 ( or 27899) in 10,5D ,or sell them if i can't find someone for a swap.
They were bought new from Chippewa ,from the very last stocks they had as these 11" engineer boots have been discontinued .
As you might see if you look for some ,they have became impossible to find in that size and width ( there might be a few left somewhere but most are big or small sizes and E width ).
I would sell them the price i paid for them, which was expensive as most shops in USA and Chippewa ,don't sell internationally, so i had to have them shipped to someone in the US ,who shipped them to me using fedex and knowing the vat and custom fees are expensive for imported leather items in France ,i paid much for them ( so i am really disapointed they don't fit me ,as they are discontiued on top of that !) .
So i suppose it would not be interesting for some people in the USA ( it would be too expensive ) ,but for some people in France or maybe Europe who really want some brand new ones in 10D ,these are among the last few ones available brand new in that size !
They are really nice , have no defects unlike some sold through amazon or some shops which sell some with badly cut / assymetrical outsoles , stitches not stitched straight but waving on the soles , badly glued heels ...etc ( maybe they sell some factory second but i saw some really ugly and badly manufactured and read several reviews like that on the net !).
