I just ordered one myself a few days ago. Could not pass up. It looks incredible.

I already have a couple of denim jackets, the same old trucker style, and was in the market for a different denim jacket. I scored this cafe racer off of eBay, new with tags. It's an Andrew Marc, the Denim & Leathers brand. I have a couple of Andrew Marc leather jackets, so I thought it should be good quality. It arrived, and I was impressed. Very high quality, has a liner, and is padded in the shoulders, elbows, waist, and kidney areas. You could almost use it to ride a bike. It has some weight to it as well. I liked it so much that I searched for more online, even at the Andrew Marc website, but apparently, it's out of production.

I bought this CK jean jacket about half a year ago and I still can't decide whether I prefer it to IH or not. Outstanding jacket in every regard.

wow there is extra panel on the side to make hand warmers in line with the seam, cool mod on the pattern, does it affect the fit to be more slim fitting around the waist too?

It's not that slim fitting, the cut is more boxy but not in the oversized way at all. It's just not as shaped as new Levi's, for example. It fits super cool. Every seam is where it's supposed to be. The inside pockets are huge.

I know, and I am this close to removing it. It'd even look cooler with just an indigo square.

Do it. If you don’t like it afterwards, add a pin or a patch or something.

I think there is extra panels on the side/ waist inbetween front torso and back, or is it for bigger size only?

I'm just kidding but that Type-3 really looks brilliant! I'd buy that in a second.

The last two inbound sherpas arrived. All of them are the same size yet they all fit wildly different. The QC isn’t great on these and I think barring the ability to try one on in store, the best bet is too order at least two and keep the best fitting.
    My three indigo Levi’s Sherpa:

Time to put a fork in it. I’m done.

There is just something about 'all black' that will almost always win for me.
