simplest solution: shorter shirts. I have all mine in short so they just go over the belt. That goes well with the jackets.

I find tucking the shirt in even easier... thuogh granted I've had to learn to be wary of modern casual shirts that are often cut a bit short to stay tucked on the assumption they'll be worn hanging out!
