Eisenhower Jacket Patch Identification Help

I know this is slightly after WWII (1950 Korean Conflict), but I can't find this patch any where. I just got a full uniform (Eisenhower jacket, pants, tie, flat top), but the insignia has been impossible for me. I have little knowledge of militaria, so any help would be truly appreciated. Thanks

71st Infantry Division. Made it to Europe for the last few months of WWII, was reactivated after the Korean War for a couple of years for stateside service, Alaska and Fort Lewis WA, I think.
