My mistake.
The "New Posts" gizmo is on a bar along the top center rather than toward the right.
I hadn't been able to find it.

Boy am I confused, when the site was down for two days, I thought it was my computer. Then, it is all different and I was getting messages before the change on hat obsessions, when did they start? and some other forum site that has vanished.
Now I am trying to download a photo and there seems to be no way to do so. Are we not going to be able to submit photos? That can't be right, someone just did it on the new "Mitchum" site.
