That IS a beautiful area. We spent a lot of time up that way, in the Bankhead forest, during the height of the covid last year. There are some beautiful waterfalls up there.

April snow showers are quite the adventure. It is easy to get excited for outside April snow showers because you know it is going to melt swiftly. Very picturesque Jack.

Thanks Eric, 3.5" that morn that was gone by the afternoon. My dog was soaked from our romp in the woods, but it was beautiful.

I'm amazed at the contrast between the wrestler Kane and our fine mayor Mr. Jacobs. In person, he is somewhat soft-spoken, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about this community and the people in it. By the same token, he has a commanding presence that precludes any thought of ever wanting to mess with him.

I like it a lot. My wife loved it. So far, it’s in first place for her. I like western Kentucky for the property pricing, but I also prefer the amenities and the terrain of eastern Tennessee; I want some mountains and not just gently rolling hills.
