That is tremendous. Liner is looking to be in great shape. Makes you wonder why blow a wad on JL or LW or LL.

 

Interesting blue-core effect, perhaps it was blue originally

 

I had one of these, also in perfect shape. Nice jacket, but when you have it in hand the question answers itself.

I did see some of these seems to be more hefty, say, this one below. Wonder were earlier ones made of heavier/better quality leather.

 

Brimaco quality is all over the map hide wise. Stitching is consistently horrid. They are great jackets though. Very much prone to popped stitches, especially at the shoulder and forearm. They just weren’t stitched together very well.

 

Indeed this leather looks nicer than the one I had and others I have seen. Thicker too. I can attest to @ton312 comment about the stitching on my Brimaco labeled jacket. It is part of the reason I made it into a vest. They are nice, I did not want to give the impression that they aren't nice jackets.

 

I would do it if it were a little longer or if it had a front drop. Love the collar!
