Recently picked up this Chocolate 1950's Deerskin Halfbelt w / Talon zipper.
In decent shape and freshly conditioned last night.
$45 at a local thrift store!
This is a very nice jacket (I especially like the design on the back).
I'm also curious about the Guntzviller's brand, since I live about a half-hour from Northville but never heard of them. Came across this article in a web search: https://www.freep.com/story/news/co...-taxidermy-museum-outdoors-hunting/948071001/
Today the Guntzvillers own a critter museum in northern Michigan. Looks like they only offer leather gloves and wallets now: http://www.northernmichigantaxidermy.com/
Nice find on the jacket.
Most excellent jacket. And deer!!
Super style and hide!
Agree. I'd like a deerskin jacket that has some styling like this example. It seems most are either fairly plain or loaded with fringe. (I've already got the fringe covered with my suede Schott Western.)
A deerskin jacket in size 44-50% off.
Aero steerhide jacket in size 42-described as horsehide though labels says otherwise.Has a discoloured rear yoke.
Does anyone use Depop?
Cool 1940s Sportclad with a full belt. Looks like a size 42-44:
Never seen a Brooks like this, very interesting.
Nice one! I've got a similar one from out west. Don't see them too often with the traditional half belt.
Walter Dyer black leather Type III trucker vest, L/42, $69/90BIN
Natal Cafe Racer, listing says 48 but photo of label clearly says 46, and these are very trim fitting. $149.
Natal Cafe Racer, brown, size 50. $75. I've only ever seen one other brown Natal Cafe Racer, and it's mine. This is a steal.
Fidelity Cafe Racer 42 great condition $70
Very nice Excelled perfecto style jacket 42L low open $40 start bid.
Buco varsity jacket £395.
Why's this only 20GBP? It looks really well made, they've even nailed the angles of the pocket flaps, better than Lee is capable of nowadays. . .
If the measurements to be taken seriously, that's a size 38-40.
CAL (under a Leather Forever brand) for $120. Deal of the month.
