Probably more of a find, but $550 is reasonable for a vintage used Cal. Most of the ones you'll find cheaper than that have major issues.

Agreed with @Guppy. Cal that looks like this, leather and all is easly worth $500 plus. In actuality, the only thing preventing these jackets for belonging in the Buco territory price-wise is the abundance but there's no debate whether or not you can buy a better leather jacket.

Agreed with @Guppy. Cal that looks like this, leather and all is easly worth $500 plus. In actuality, the only thing preventing these jackets for belonging in the Buco territory price-wise is the abundance but there's no debate whether or not you can buy a better leather jacket.

Yeah, a Cal with a straight zip and a straight back would be on my list, too. I had a Cal cross-zip with the " beaver tail back" and sold it, because it deserves to ride, while the former could be worn off the bike I feel.

Tag states Front Quarter Horse Hide, looks pretty dry to me.

I specced up an ILLINI jacket in honor of University of Illinois, and kept the body as Indigo Raw Denim, wtih Orange leather sleeves & Dark Blue leather for the collar, and it seemed to come together quite nicely. Really a neat website & idea here.
