That was the first Vanson I ever owned! But mine had black bits on the shoulders. Bought it for $40 at a Goodwill store in Sycamore IL in 1993.

Took me awhile to find it Tony but surely not this one for $40??

That is a nice pliable hide on that jacket. I have seen them in the flesh. Very dense. I have one with the thicker hide also nice but not very pliable like the one that just sold.
